Monitors treatment and administers medication to patients as needed. Being a Licensed Practical Nurse - Mental Health reports changes in patient's condition to supervisor. Requires graduation from approved LPN educational program. Additionally, Licensed Practical Nurse - Mental Health typically requires a high school diploma. Requires a state license to practice. Typically reports to a registered nurse or supervisor. Licensed Practical Nurse - Mental Health's years of experience requirement may be unspecified.     Opportunity Highlights:

    • $200,000 earning potential  
    • 3x13 hour shifts weekly (2x Saturdays per month)
    • No call requirements
    • Relocation assistance
    • CME allowance (inhouse for TMS/Ketamine) 
    • 8:1 staff-to-physician ratio (Provider Assistants, Front/Back Desk, etc.)
    • Full benefits package with 90% coverage for employees and dependents including (but not limited to) malpractice, health, dental, vision, life, & disability insurance, 401k, and PTO

    Responsibilities:

    • Individualized treatment plans for new and established patients via in-person appointments.
    • Provide patients with hope in the form of non-invasive neuromodulation (dTMS), Ketamine infusions, and diligent medication management.
    • Focus on each patient you see - our administrative team takes care of the busy work. 

    Requirements:

    • Board Certified PMHNP
    • Licensed (or willing to become) in corresponding state of clinic location
    • Unencumbered DEA / Clean criminal background
    • MUST be willing to work every other Saturday
