Licensed Practical Nurse - Mental Health jobs in Iowa

Waubonsie Mental Health Center is looking for an Iowa licensed mental health therapist (LMSW, LISW, TLMHC, or LMHC). This position serves a diverse population in a rural community mental health center. WMHC has a 5% employer contribution retirement package, paid holidays, and generous vacation and sick time accural. Paid life insurance and short term disability is also fully paid by WMHC. This position will require good communication and organizational skills as a member of a multidisciplinary team. $5000 sign on bonus!

• Assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, provision of therapy services, referral, and discharge planning.
• Individual, conjoint and family therapy services

• Documentation of all services provided utilizing electronic health records.

• Experienced in working with diverse population

• Case conceptualization, consultation with care team.

• Knowledge of community resources helpful.Leadership, i.e., organizational skills; use a team approach, assure adequate service delivery, compliance with all policies and procedures, etc.;
