Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: 2216 Lester Drive, Albuquerque, NM 87112
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: $40-$70/hr

Job Summary:
Join the team at Sandia Ridge Center, a 136-bed skilled nursing facility, as a Physical Therapist. We offer a range of services, including post-hospital short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, respite care, as well as specialized mental health and recovery services.

Qualifications:

• Valid PT license in New Mexico
• Experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or similar setting preferred
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
• Acceptance of Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement physical therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and function
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
