Summary: The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) position is responsible for the behavioral health services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, in a pediatric residential facility for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Key responsibilities include providing support and behavior health services to individuals served by developing behavior plans, providing individual and group therapy, and coordinating, behavior health care with the facility’s Medical Director and other professionals.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises Behavior Technicians and/or Mental Health Technicians. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities related to supervision and management of staff includes interviewing; hiring; training; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; and proactive corrective action and discipline; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience:
Master’s degree in social work required. Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker Arkansas licensure required. Two (2) years job-related and supervisory experience required. Thee (3) years clinical experience required. Working knowledge of Medicaid and PASSEs preferred. Experience with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities preferred.
