Library Services Coordinator oversees library service offerings designed to meet the needs of a specific user population. Ensures resource availability and implements new programs to meet service gaps. Being a Library Services Coordinator assists groups and individuals in locating, delivery, and obtaining materials. Establish and maintains cooperative agreements between the college and area libraries. Additionally, Library Services Coordinator graduates from an ALA-accredited school. Requires a master's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Library Services Coordinator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Work with consulting team and customers to coordinate and schedule training to include assisting with lodging arrangements
Assist customers with ISN and Safety Council Scheduling
Print and track training certifications for medical training
Track and oversee daily FTE report for accuracy
Attend and scribe monthly consulting meetings
Oversee training and medical supply inventory to include being the focal point for vendors, ordering, shipping and invoicing
Conduct medical training as needed
Provide Industrial Hygiene Technical services as needed
Generate reports for management and customers as needed.
May carry/handle equipment.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED
Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician or higher
Current and valid state driver’s license
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written. Position requires strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills required.
Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, the ability to plan and manage work in an efficient manner, and the ability to work well under stress and time pressures..
Must be knowledgeable of company protocols, operational procedures and safety policies.
