The Community Practice Clinical Data Coordinator at Trial Library will play an integral part in expanding access to cancer clinical trials by pioneering pre-screening efforts in community oncology settings. The Clinical Data Coordinator must be able to review clinical trial protocols and understand inclusionary and exclusionary criteria for clinical trials. This role will be responsible for proactively reviewing patient medical records to evaluate clinical trial eligibility. This role will work closely with clinical staff to coordinate access to patient medical records, running a pre-screen within the electronic medical record, and transferring PHI to the Ally navigation team. This role will define processes within each clinic to ensure validation of pre-screen candidates by the on-site provider. The Clinical Data Coordinator will help to arrange any additional activities necessary for pre-screening.
