Statistical Proficiency: Dive into quantitative challenges with a solid understanding of statistical concepts and survey methodologies. Your knack for numbers helps us validate our findings and make informed decisions.
Service Design: Champion service design principles. Lead workshops that unite cross-functional teams, ensuring our strategies are cohesive and user-centric.

MUST HAVE SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Education First: Hold a Bachelor s in Psychology, HCI, or related fields. Master s? Even better.
