    Skills:
    - Strong educational background, with experience in education administration or higher education teaching preferred
    - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    - Ability to work effectively with students of all ages, including children, teenagers, and adults
    - Proficiency in using library management systems and digital resources
    - Familiarity with information literacy instruction techniques
    - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
