Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize library resources, including books, periodicals, and digital materials
- Assist patrons in finding and accessing library materials
- Conduct research and provide reference services to patrons
- Develop and implement library programs and events
- Catalog and classify library materials using standard classification systems
Skills:
- Proficient in archival processing and preservation techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with patrons and colleagues
- Familiarity with databases and digital tools used in libraries
- Proficient in data collection methods for assessing library usage and needs
