Setup of stamping dies. Blue print reading. Use basic measuring tools (verniers, micrometers, optical comparator, indicators, etc.).
Knowledge of stamping tools and trouble shooting. Adjust tooling to account for process variation. Problem solving. Time management. Good communications skills.
