We are looking for a Litigation Officer to join our AgDirect team. You will manage an assigned portfolio of AgDirect loans and retail installment sales contracts that involve formal legal action; including but not limited to, bankruptcy, foreclosure, replevin and/or money judgment proceedings.
Primary responsibility is to maintain the safety and soundness of the Associations by resolving through mediation, settlement, restructure or collection assigned AgDirect loans and retail installment sales contracts. This position will work closely with internal legal counsel and coordinate with external legal counsel as necessary to bring about effective and efficient resolution. This position will also be responsible for the management and disposition of collateral securing the assigned AgDirect loans and retail installment sales contracts.
