Additionally, Lending Officer may manage a portfolio of existing loans, including reviewing financial reporting, monitoring compliance with loan terms, and handling loan modifications or workouts. Ensures adherence to regulations, bank credit policies, and procedures. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Lending Officer work is closely managed. ABOUT THE ROLE
Specialty Lending is responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships in government contracting and strategic lending partnerships. The Officer will manage an existing portfolio of specialized commercial clients and field new loan requests from strategic partners while ensuring compliance with lending policy, processes, and regulatory requirements. A variety of credit facilities will be considered for these relationships, including asset base lines of credit, commercial term loans, warehouse lines of credit, portfolio purchases, and master participation agreements. This position will coordinate with other areas of the bank, such as the Credit and Loan Operation Departments, to provide safe and sound banking services.
