Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
-Insurance company billing
- Answer phone calls and take messages with proper phone etiquette
- Transcribe dictations and prepare correspondence
- Manage document management systems and maintain electronic and physical files
- Assist with contract preparation and review
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a legal secretary or in a similar role
- Proficient in data entry, clerical tasks, and proofreading
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with document management systems and legal terminology
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
