```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our team. The Legal Secretary will provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the legal department. ```Duties```
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including correspondence, memos, and briefs
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Assist attorneys with document review and organization
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Maintain client files and ensure all documents are properly filed and organized
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with project management tasks as assigned

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and legal software applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with contract law is a plus
