Local law firm looking for an assistant to provide administrative support to the firm’s attorney.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Assist with organizing and creating client files with all appropriate legal documents
- Maintain the schedule and update as needed
- Properly sort and handle all incoming and outgoing mail

Ideal Candidate:

- Ability to work quickly while remaining accurate with strong attention to detail
- Experience with basic office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners
- Able to handle multiple tasks at one time while working independently
- Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills
- Friendly, approachable customer service with all clients on the phone and in person

Wage:

• Depends on experience starting at $15 per hour
