Legal Docs by Me is looking for a registered Legal Document Assistant OR a current Paralegal Certificate holder that we will sponsor for registration as an LDA to join our fast growing company.
Candidate MUST hold a current paralegal certificate or currently be a registered LDA to be considered.
Family Law (especially Divorce) and Trust/Will experience preferred.
Notary a plus but not required.
The successful candidate will operate well in a fast pasted, sales oriented environment and enjoy helping customers with professionalism, patience and compassion.
Must have excellent communication, phone and computer skills.
This is a full time in office position in our Palm Desert, CA headquarters.....We will consider 1-2 work from home days per week on a case by case basis.
