As a Litigation Legal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client's high-powered attorneys in all aspects of their legal work. This multifaceted role requires a detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in litigation, preferably within the realm of probate law.

Key Responsibilities of Litigation Legal Assistant:

• Prepare, format, and file pleadings and motions with accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Manage complex calendars, ensuring timely scheduling of hearings, depositions, and other critical events.
• Depositions: Coordinate and assist in the preparation for depositions, managing logistics, exhibits, and documentation.
• Trial Exhibits: Organize and compile trial exhibits, ensuring they align with legal strategies and requirements.
• Court eFilings: Handle court filings, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Time Slips: Record and maintain accurate time slips to track billable hours and expenses.
• Expense Reports: Manage attorney expense reports, maintaining a detailed record of reimbursable items.

Qualifications of Litigation Legal Assistant:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation legal assistant, preferably in a busy litigation firm with a focus on probate law.
• Proficient in court filings, with a deep understanding of legal procedures and protocols.
• Technologically savvy, with proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office suite.
