What will you do? Legal Recruiters need to prospect for
candidates and clients.

advice and counsel to candidates about their careers and
you will advise clients about their talent management,
structure, and strategy.
As a Marketing Associate, you will actively identify and
solicit client organizations for partnership opportunities
to help build their legal teams.
Heavy phone engagement with potential candidates,
building rapport, asking questions, and creating interest
in open positions or creating contractual engagements
are required for the Search Associate or the Marketing
Associate role.

challenging work! You must be curious, able to
overcome rejection, trainable, coachable, passionate,
and have a desire to succeed. Prior sales experience is
helpful. This is a base plus commission role.
We offer in-depth training, a base salary, commissions,
benefits, 401K, and a career path that can last you a
lifetime!
