Legal Recruiter sources, recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new legal hires. Maintains a database of prospective and current legal professionals. Being a Legal Recruiter conducts exit interviews and processes change of employee status. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Legal Recruiter typically reports to a manager. The Legal Recruiter gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
