Well-established law office local to Orange County has an immediate opening for our front-desk/receptionist position. Responsibilities of this position include: Answering the phone, creating client records & data entry, ordering supplies, mail/Fedex, e-mail correspondence, and other administrative tasks typical to most front desk positions. Desired Experience & Characteristics:

• 1-2 years experience in a customer service-based position answering busy phone lines.

• Prior legal experience is great but not required. We love teaching people about this great business.
• Huge plus if you speak Spanish.
