Duties:
- File and maintain records in an efficient and organized manner
- Retrieve and deliver records as requested by staff or clients
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records by conducting regular audits
- Assist with data entry and document scanning as needed
- Provide support to office staff by performing general clerical tasks such as typing, photocopying, and faxing documents
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
Skills:
- Strong clerical skills with the ability to accurately file documents and maintain records
- Excellent customer service skills to assist clients and staff with record requests
- Proficient in using office software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle incoming calls professionally
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
