Edgewater is seeking qualified candidates for a Records Clerk opportunity for our customer in Carlsbad, NM for the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP).

Duration:

• Through December 31, 2022

Education & Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

Job Description:

• The qualified candidate will prepare Accounting records for transfer to the Records Center
• Update the Records Inventory Disposition Schedule for Finance and Accounting.
• Interviewing each F&A employee to determine what records are in their possession and ensuring the information is on the RIDS.
• Place the documents in order and prepare index sheets for each box of records.
• Transfer the records to the records center
