We currently have an opening for a Full-time Legal Medical Records Clerk who is a talented individual possessing a solutions-oriented mindset, the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently both verbally and in written format to a variety of individuals, has experience speaking with customers over the telephone and the ability to attract first time customers and retain long-term customers by providing world-class customer service with a “patients first mentality”.
The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment utilizing a phone, phone headset and computer; remains courteous with customers, patients, referring physician office personnel and employees. DIS needs someone who is dependable, mature, has a good work ethic, maintains a professional attitude and is a team player. In addition, the candidate must be proficient at entering data and typing into various software applications. Healthcare and/or Call Center experience preferred a basic understanding of medical terminology. Bi-lingual Spanish or Vietnamese a plus.
