Answer incoming telephone calls and handle accordingly
Ensure show quality office, models, amenities each day
Accuracy and attention to detail in all paperwork completed
Conduct market surveys and regularly shop competition
Participate in ongoing resident relations and functions
Accept service requests from residents and route to the service department for prompt processing
Enter all traffic and, telephone calls and other daily activity into the computer
Excellent customer service and follow-up
Solid and consistent work history with excellent references
Genuine enjoyment working with people and helping others
Self-motivated, high energy leasing professional with proven ability to close
Team oriented, self-motivated and positive attitude
Prior apartment leasing experience strongly preferred
