Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on high-end residential communities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, staff, and vendors.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws, leasing regulations, and property management best practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
