Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service. Being a Leasing Manager may coordinate promotions to increase number of tenants. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Leasing Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Leasing Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. To be a Leasing Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. - Administrative tasks such as lease generation, resident file preparation and maintenance, and resident correspondence.
- Preparing weekly leasing reports.
- Be acutely aware of and prepared to assist in navigating the residential rental market.
- Participating in the planning and execution of resident events.
- Maintaining social media presence, working with the internal marketing team to create and post content.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong loyal relationships with residents, offering a first-class resident experience and helping to maintain a strong sense of community.
- Train and lead incoming leasing staff.

🎒 WHAT IT TAKES- Experience in the property management, hospitality or retail industries.
- Experience with industry software (YARDI).
- Familiarity with social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
- Experience with a Revenue Management software platform (YieldStar preferred).
- Willingness to jump in and learn new tasks and systems.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
