Position Summary:

In this role, you will perform day-to-day administrative duties and activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, recertifications and inspections of the property.

Essential Functions:

• Enter and complete work orders.
• Enter Residents rental payments into Bank and Yardi
• File invoices in vendor files and call vendors for missing invoices.
• Maintain marketing book and market study.
• Maintain Application waitlist, walk ins and applications received in the mail.
• Schedule and perform Annual Inspections and Move in Inspections as needed.
• Assist in screening applicants.
• Correctly file resident information in folder.
• Complete all Recertifications on an Annual Basis, Move-in certifications and properly send all information that is needed to complete the process.
• Answer phones and address any issues that occur.
• Assist in the process of Employees payroll as needed.
• Assist in overseeing of the Maintenance department of the property.
• Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of daily activities of the property.
• Job duties are subject to change based on the Property needs and Company Policy.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of work experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Superb attention to detail
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with computer systems including Microsoft Word, Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree
• Knowledge of Yardi software
• Experience in property management, affordable/tax credit programs, hospitality, customer service, sales, retail, or restaurant industry
