Apartment Management Professionals, LLC (AMP Residential) is seeking to hire a Leasing Manager to join our team at The Cape at Savona Point! This apartment community has 319 units and is located in Cape Coral, FL.

The Leasing Manager assists in the day to day operations of the apartment community while overseeing and enhancing the value of the property. Some key responsibilities consist of marketing and outreach, supervision of leasing staff, and providing services to residents. The Leasing Sales Manager reports directly to the Property Manager. This job is perfect for a team player who is motivated by setting and upholding standards to make their property stand out from the rest.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining occupancy goals for the property.
• Assists in supervision and development of the leasing staff.
• Assist in maintaining property operations and the physical asset.
• Administer tours and answer questions for prospective residents.
• Resolve resident concerns and maintain overall resident satisfaction for the property.
• Implementing and upholding community policies.
• Assists in creating and maintaining property and team leasing and marketing plans.
• Marketing outreach within nearby community.

• Prior leasing/retail/hospitality/sales experience highly preferred
• Strong customer service, sales, marketing/outreach experience
• Experience with social media platforms
• Team player, someone who wants the opportunity to grow
• High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Experience with Entrata or related programs a plus
• Valid Driver's License
• Successfully pass drug screening and criminal background check
• Flexible to work Saturdays/Sundays as needed
