Rushmore Management is seeking an experienced LEASING CONSULTANT to join our incredible team in Lakewood, NJ. In addition to Leasing experience we do need the candidate to have administrative assistant experience as well.

We are seeking a professional, ambitious, and growth-oriented employee to fill this position. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and possesses strong communication skills. The goal is to maximize customer satisfaction, property efficiency, tenant quality of life, and teamwork.

**Only candidates with 2 or more years of residential leasing experience will be considered.

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour plus commission

Responsibilities include:

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including tours, leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in.
• Assist with all administrative work around the office.
• Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions and provide tours of the apartments and community.
• Process applications, and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
• Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries, which includes providing leasing information, making appointments and creating and following up with maintenance requests.
• Receive deposits and rent money, and record appropriately.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist all clients with a positive and friendly tone.

Skills:

• Working experience in property management
• Proven track record of successful leasing/management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Persuasive with marketing and sales skills
• Customer service orientation Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
