Under the supervision of the Onsite Manager, the Leasing Consultant plays a pivotal role in the vitality of the community by spearheading leasing operations. This position demands a polished professional approach and an unwavering commitment to delivering superior customer service. The incumbent will orchestrate property tours, showcasing amenities and advantages to potential residents with enthusiasm. The role encompasses managing the application journey, ensuring meticulous completion of all documentation promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ingeniously market the community to captivate potential residents.
- Deliver stellar customer service and leasing assistance to both prospective and existing residents by addressing queries, coordinating property viewings, and streamlining application processes.
- Drive occupancy, revenue, and resident contentment objectives through strategic leasing initiatives and steadfast resident retention practices.
- Craft and execute marketing and leasing schemes that resonate with the community's ethos and adapt to prevailing market dynamics.
- Vigilantly track market movements, competitor rates, and consumer insights to refine rental pricing and promotional offers.
- Uphold exemplary standards of professionalism and communication with the management team, colleagues, and residents.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A track record in sales and marketing, with a preference for experience in the multifamily housing sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite alongside other relevant software applications.
- Acquaintance with Rent Manager software will be considered an asset.
- Possession of a valid driver's license coupled with dependable transportation is mandatory.
Compensation:
The role offers an hourly wage ranging from $17 to $18, dependent on experience. This is complemented by accommodation provisions and a comprehensive benefits package contingent upon successful completion of an introductory tenure.
