This lease-up role will require weekend availability. This position will require previous sales-relatedcustomer service experience with a preference to someone who has market rate lease-up industry experience within the last two years.

We're excited to offer this lease up customer experience-savvy team member a minimum of $19 / hr PLUS renewal bonuses & leasing commissions starting at $200 perlease! In addition, we are OFFERING A $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

Our Leasing Consultants are the community's tech-savvy sales representatives dedicated to creating an amazing customer experience.

They use multiple platforms and methods to determine the needs of the potential resident, meet those needs with the perfect apartment, and confidently close the sale.

Whether they are finding a home for a potential resident or helping an existing resident, they aim to provide exceptional experiences and make a lasting positive impression.
