Customer service responsibilities include working with residents to resolve concerns and submitting service requestsTouring the community & homesCompleting required paperwork as-neededMarketing as-neededSoftware requirements may applyAssisting the Property Manager to ensure compliance with financing programs such as Tax Credit, Bond compliance, HUD, etc.
