Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and a passion for property leasing. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a key role in assisting prospective tenants with their housing needs.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner
- Conduct property tours and provide information about available units
- Process lease applications and renewals accurately
- Maintain organized and up-to-date leasing records
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person promptly
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 guidelines
- Collaborate with the property management team to address tenant concerns
- Perform data entry tasks related to leasing activities

Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various tenant situations
- Knowledge of property leasing procedures and real estate administrative tasks
- Proficiency in data entry and using property management software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with lease contracts and basic understanding of property management principles
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 housing programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
