Leasing Administration Manager supervises a team of leasing administrators to ensure monthly rents are paid and all leasing activities are in accordance with policies and guidelines. Coordinates charges with landlords and works with senior management on occupancy decisions. Being a Leasing Administration Manager oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Leasing Administration Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Leasing Administration Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Leasing Administration Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Responsibilities:

    • Office Operations: Provide financial, administrative, and clerical services to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of office operations.
    • Leadership: Lead and supervise administrative staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Financial Management: Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and billing processes to maintain financial health and compliance.
    • Client Interaction: Greet clients and contractors, answer phones, and represent the firm in a professional and welcoming manner.
    • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and files, including A/R files, invoices, and account statements.
    • Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients, staff, and management, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Prior office management or relevant administrative experience required. Knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes preferred.
    • Education: Minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
    • Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Excel. Accurate typing skills and attention to detail are essential. Experience with A&E billing is a plus.
    • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with a customer service-oriented approach.
