Southwood Properties is a Property Management company in the downtown Springfield, Missouri area. We manage 7 different properties in the nearby local area. We are looking to bring in a Leasing Agent/Property Manager with pleasant & energetic personality to add to our Leasing Team. Experience Preferred but not necessary for a person with apparent leasing skills, organizational skills, and multi-tasking skills.

This is a hourly plus commission position with ample opportunities to add on to your weekly pay with the right eager attitude. Our agents have the opportunity to bring in $1000 checks weekly simply by putting in the work to lease apartments. This position also offers on top of weekly pay and commissions, weekly commission bonuses & gas allowances.

This is a dual role as you will be doing commission work as a Leasing Agent as well as providing customer service to current residents.
