The HR Leave Administration Manager is responsible for several major Human Resource functions in a large State of Connecticut higher education organization under an HR shared services framework. This includes responsibility for the management, administration and coordination, technical management, statutory and policy compliance, and communication of all FMLA, other medical, military, and Worker’s Compensation leave requests. Additionally, this position is responsible for performing transactional management, analysis, and review for leave administration in CORECT Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) for CT State, Charter Oak State College, and the Connecticut State Colleges & Universities (CSCU) System Office representing 6400 non-represented Management/Confidential, and unclassified and classified bargaining unit employees. In addition, this position may provide leave administration consultation to the four Connecticut State Universities (CSUs).
