The Area Leasing Sales Manager assists in the day-to-day operations of the apartment communities. Some key responsibilities consist of maintaining occupancy goals for the property, development of leasing staff, and providing services to prospects. The Area Leasing Sales Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations. This job is perfect for a team player who is motivated by setting and upholding standards to make our properties stand out from the rest.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining occupancy goals for the property.
• Assists in development of the leasing staff.
• Assist in maintaining property operations.
• Answer questions for prospective residents.
• Resolve prospect concerns and maintain overall resident satisfaction for the property.
• Implementing and upholding community policies.
• Assists in creating and maintaining property and team leasing and marketing plans.

• Prior leasing/retail/hospitality/sales experience highly preferred
• Strong customer service and sales experience
• Team player, someone who wants the opportunity to grow
• High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Experience with Entrata or related programs a plus
• Valid Driver's License with auto insurance
• Successfully pass drug screening and criminal background check
