This position requires oversight of Leasing Consultants; therefore, prior leasing and/or real estate sales experience is required, and prior supervisory experience is desirable. Job Summary
The leasing manager interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and NOI. Acting as the Company’s representative by conveying the benefits of the company, the leasing manager is responsible for the leasing process from introduction to the actual occupancy of the resident and maintains communication throughout the tenancy of the residency. This position also oversees the work of Leasing Consultants at the community including checking all leasing paperwork and approving applications and is responsible for the community’s renewal program.
