The Regional Manager is responsible for instilling professional management practices into store operations and achieving sales and profitability targets. Reporting to the Regional Manager are General Managers for the assigned stores within the region.
Key Accountabilities:
Regional Manager
- Building and developing a team of General Managers and overseeing the development of future General Managers who can achieve performance objectives
- Analyzing and developing an understanding of the drivers affecting regional performance and apply insight learned to continuously improve the operation
- Facilitating the sharing and implementation of best practices for operations resulting in achieving market share and revenue goals
- Monitoring customer satisfaction, resolving complaints and participating in the resolution of non-renewed agreements
- Managing the administrative requirements of the region to achieve efficiencies and control costs

Reports directly to the Director of Operations
Salary base is dependent on professional experience in multi-unit role and/or industry specific. Includes base salary, quarterly bonus opportunities, and company car per diem
Requirements/Qualifications:
Regional Manager
- Experience: Minimum of three years management experience in retail environment, preferably lease-to-own, with a practical knowledge of customer service, inventory management, budgeting and forecasting, and interpretation of profit and loss statements.
- This position will provide support for locations in South East Alabama.
- Travel – approximately 75%
- Company vehicle provided
- Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word is required
- Licensures and Certifications: Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain certification to drive a commercial vehicle; ability to attain pesticide certification
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business management or related field of study or equivalent knowledge gained through experience
- Testing: Satisfactory MVR (driving record), D.O.T. certification, drug screening, and background with job reference checks
- Physical Requirement: Ability to routinely load, carry, or "dolly" 50-300 pounds
