Leasing Specialist

As a Leasing Specialist, you'll be instrumental in presenting our properties at their best and ensuring exceptional service for our valued residents. Collaborate closely with our Property Manager and Operations Team to drive all aspects of property operations, with a focus on leasing, marketing, and fostering a thriving community.
What You’ll Do
1. Elevate Property Presentations
Create captivating leasing presentations tailored to prospect's unique needs and desires, highlighting the features and amenities of our communities.
2. Innovative Marketing Techniques
Implement creative media advertising strategies to promote available properties, ensuring maximum visibility.
3. Engage, Follow-Up, Excel
Proactively follow up with prospects and residents via phone and email, ensuring every lead is pursued with diligence and care.
4. Resident Champion
Act as the first point of contact for current residents, addressing concerns, questions, and requests, while fostering satisfaction and retention.
5. Continuous Improvement Advocate
Maintain a vigilant eye for immediate property enhancements and recommend improvements to enhance appearance, efficiency, and effectiveness, aligning with company and community objectives.
6. Harmonious Relations Builder
Cultivate positive relationships with tenants, customers, staff, and the corporate office, contributing to a harmonious community environment.
7. Adaptable Team Player
Thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, embracing opportunities for learning and cross-training.
8. End-to-End Leasing Management
Oversee leasing opportunities from initial prospect engagement to seamless occupancy.
9. Lease Agreement Maestro
Prepare lease agreements, addendums, and renewals with precision and attention to detail.
10. Financial Insight Contributor
Assist in crafting budgets and revenue-expense forecasts, contributing to the financial success of our communities.
11. Weekend Dynamo
Embrace weekend shifts as an essential part of creating an exceptional residential experience.

You’ll Bring
- An associate degree or higher; preference of degree in business, marketing and/or real estate.
- A track record of outstanding Customer Service and Sales, with the ability to positively impact community members' residential experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and property management software.
- Impeccable organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently to complete tasks.
Bonus Points if You Have
- ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) certification.
- 1-2 years' experience in multi-family industry leasing or a related field.
You Should Be Able To
- Move about properties, including ascending/descending stairs.
- Occasional lift, move, or carry of items up to 25 pounds.
- Perform regular operation of office equipment, communication with prospects, residents, and colleagues, and exchange information accurately.
- Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
The Perks
- Full-time, hourly position.
- Competitive compensation based on experience, with Performance Bonus eligibility. Salary range: $20-$26 per hour.
