    Essential Duties Administration Assistant:

    • Generate and analyze financial reports using Excel and other accounting software.
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
    • Take comprehensive notes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.
    • Track and update spreadsheets with relevant data and information.
    • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, particularly in complex databases.
    • Review and approve reimbursements and timecards under company policies.
    • Manage user accounts and permissions in various software systems.
    • Create and update flow charts to visualize processes and workflows.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant software applications.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with flow chart creation and note-taking preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
