    Our Rail division is looking for an Administration Manager to join their team. This person will manage the Rail division's daily financial transactions and reports as well as manages purchase order (PO) processes and procedures according to company requirements. Will administer accounting activities and monitors controls and procedures.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manages the rail division daily financial transactions and reports.
    • Manages purchase order processes and procedures and determines PO policies according to company requirements.
    • Performs Manager on Duty functions and responsibilities.
    • Assists with the annual budget preparation and review.
    • Audits daily financial transactions and reports.
    • Responsible for the daily and monthly financial reporting.
    • Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies, objectives and applicable government laws and regulations.
    • Responsible for the employment, supervision, performance management, salary administration, discipline, and training of directly assigned personnel.

    Requirements:

    • This job normally requires a professional level of knowledge in financial accounting equivalent to that which would be acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s degree (accounting preferred). Demonstration of directly related work experience may be considered in lieu of the educational requirement.
    • This job normally requires four years of progressively responsible positions in accounting or finance.
    • Proficiency in the use of computer business applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
    • Must pass a pre-employment background check.
