• Provide administrative support to the team by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing reports.
• Manage and maintain all company records and databases.
• Handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Ensure the smooth running of all office equipment.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
