Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Lease Administrator to join our property management team. The Lease Administrator will be responsible for managing lease agreements, ensuring compliance and providing exceptional customer service to tenants. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of property management processes.
Duties:
- Manage lease agreements and ensure accuracy and completeness of all lease documentation
- Process lease applications, conduct background checks, and verify tenant information
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages
- Maintain tenant records and update information as necessary
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Assist with rent collection and ensure all payments are properly recorded
- Collaborate with property managers to address maintenance requests and schedule repairs
- Stay up-to-date on fair housing regulations and ensure compliance in all leasing activities
- Utilize property management software (e.g., OneSite) to track leasing activities, generate reports, and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or lease administration preferred
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately process data entry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
