A beautiful, privately owned skilled nursing facility located in Delmar, DE is currently seeking an Administrator

Responsibilities of the Administrator - Long Term Care:

• Lead and direct the overall operation of day to day business of agency in accordance with federal, state and local governance and regulations.
• Participates in development of all the agency’s objectives, standards or operational policies and procedures affecting business operations.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance measures and compliance related issues.
• Oversee policy development in conjunction with Director of Patient Services and Director of Human Resources for the implementation of “Best Practices” while expanding upon active compliance and Quality Assurance Program.
• Directs supervision of all corporate staff.

Qualifications of the Administrator - Long Term Care:

• Must have a valid Delaware Administrator license
• Must have experience as an Administrator
• Must have long term care experience
• Must have excellent verbal & written skills
• Must have strong leadership skills
