Essential Functions for the Manufacturing Operations Manager (Lean Focus) - Outdoor Recreation Industry - Missouri Based:

• Oversee manufacturing operations and lead the production team.
• Drive continuous improvement programs for product quality, cost, processes, and designs.
• Establish operational goals and metrics in coordination with company directives.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing early in the design stage.
• Set operational performance standards and align the organization to achieve them.
• Implement Lean and other methods of continual improvement.
• Work closely with Human Resources to ensure personnel actions follow company rules.

Qualifications for the Manufacturing Operations Manager (Lean Focus) - Outdoor Recreation Industry - Missouri Based:

• Minimum ten years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or related fields.
• Minimum five years of management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience within a manufacturing environment (required).
• Proven track record of leading teams and meeting production goals.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Techniques, Six Sigma, RCCA, conflict resolution.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and OSHA 14001 requirements.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office products.

Pay: From $135,000.00 per year
