Additionally, Lean Manufacturing Specialist, Sr. also requires training and Lean certification through an accredited organization. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Lean Manufacturing Specialist, Sr. typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) Ingénieur, pour coordonner l’ensemble des activités d’amélioration continue au sein du service Ingénierie Méthodes et Projets sur le site de Saint-Priest.

Rattaché(e) à l'équipe ‘GTO Project Office & Product Preparation’, dans le cadre de l’amélioration continue, votre principale mission est d’accompagner le service dans la mise en place d’une démarche Lean Office.
Vos missions sont de :- Implémenter et adapter la méthode Agile au sein du service
- Définir, clarifier et optimiser les processus et standards de travail
- Faire le mapping des outils utilisés par les chefs de projets et les ingénieurs méthodes, puis définir une ‘boite à outils’ pour ces deux métiers (s’aider des Toolbox existantes)
- Définir et gérer la communication et le management visuel du service via des outils internes (SharePoint, e-Dashboard, PowerBI, etc.)
- Définir et piloter les indicateurs de management du portefeuille projet du service
- Mettre en place des outils permettant de définir le temps nécessaire pour développer un projet (aider à une meilleure estimation des coûts R&D)
- Animer l’équipe autour de l’amélioration continue (booster la génération d’idées, piloter des chantiers Kaizen, etc.)
Vos atouts pour réussir :- Diplômé(e) d’un BAC 5 en école d’Ingénieur Mécanique ou Généraliste, vous continuez votre formation en alternance, visant un BAC 6.
- Vous êtes à l’aise en anglais (oral/écrit).
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et savez travailler en transverse avec les différents métiers.
- Vous aimez travailler dans un environnement qui évolue rapidement et êtes curieux(se), engagé(e) et motivé(e) pour relever de nouveaux défis et apprendre.
- Vous aimez résoudre des tâches complexes en collectant et en analysant des données, pour trouver des solutions en amélioration continue. Vous maitrisez les outils du Lean Manufacturing et avez une vision d’ensemble.
