    ```Duties```
    - Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet organizational goals
    - Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities
    - Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best value for the organization
    - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance on procurement processes
    - Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise
    - Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices
    - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in procurement
    - Utilize procurement systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency

    ```Requirements```
    - Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
    - Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar role
    - Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures
    - Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations (FAR) is preferred
    - Proficient in using procurement systems such as Oracle EBS or similar platforms
    - Excellent negotiation and communication skills
    - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
    - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
