Additionally, Lean Manufacturing Specialist, Sr. also requires training and Lean certification through an accredited organization. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. POSITION SUMMARY: In this hands-on position, the Lean Manufacturing and Zero-defect Specialist is responsible for monitoring, Managing, and Collaborating with cross-functional teams across all Business units to eliminate all wastes in operation and achieve Zero Defects in the Manufacturing process. To succeed, the candidate must have some level of Manufacturing and engineering background, be detailed oriented, and be able to perform Project Management in a fast-paced NPI environment.
