Proficient with Microsoft office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) and knowledge of MRP/ERP Software a must with Fourth Shift experience a plus. Must possess knowledge of purchasing practices and procedures along with good analytical skills and problem solving abilities. The ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications is required along with good organizational and negotiation skills.
Responsible for buyer planning and procurement of goods and services to facilitate manufacturing while ensuring cost, quality, and timely delivery. Develop and monitor relationships with Kinze supply base and oversee internal supply chain development, assisting when needed.
